PARKING:

Due to the prime city centre location, we don’t have parking or drop‑off available directly outside the apartment. However, there are convenient paid car parks just a short walk away:

New Market Chester car park is the closest option. Just a few minutes’ stroll away.

Chester Crown Courts car park is about a 10–15‑minute walk away and offers free parking from 3 pm daily; before that time, it’s £5 for the whole day.

STAIRS / NO LIFT:

The apartment is located in a historic building with no lift, and access is via a flight of stairs. If you’re travelling with heavy luggage or have mobility concerns, please keep this in mind when booking.

Travel cot available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you need one.

Other things to note

Due to the age and Grade II listed status of the building, the water pressure may be lower than what you’re used to. Hot and cold water are fully functional, but the system may take a little time to catch up with modern expectations of instant pressure. We appreciate your patience and understanding as part of the charm of staying in a historic property.

Guests are welcome to use their own electrical items such as chargers, laptops, and hairdryers. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that these devices are safe, in good working order, and compatible with UK voltage (220–240V).

Please note that the use of faulty or incompatible devices is at your own risk. We cannot accept any liability for damage, injury, or disruption resulting from personal electrical appliances.
